Delete Account: AI Bug Identifier: Insect ID

 At MTA Solutions, we value your privacy and provide multiple convenient ways to delete your account

associated data from AI Bug Identifier: Insect ID. You can choose the method that works best for you:

In-app deletion — Open the app, go to your profile, tap the 3-dot menu in the top right corner, and select "Delete Profile" to permanently remove your account directly within the app.

2. Select Delete profile and your account will be automatically deleted from the server

    

Via support request — Submit your registered email ID (used for account creation) through our in-app support or contact form, and our team will process the full account and data deletion within 2 working days.

Direct email request — Send an email to mobiletrendyapps1@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account – AI Bug Identifier: Insect ID". In the email body, please include the email address associated with your account. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 2 working days.

Clear local app data — For removing all locally stored data (such as cached images or offline identifications) from your device, go to your phone's Settings > Apps > AI Bug Identifier: Insect ID > Storage > Clear Storage/Clear Data. Note: This clears device-side data only and does not affect your server-side account (use options 1–3 for full account deletion).
